The design of the nursing home to be built on approximately 71 acres of land overlooking Sapanca Lake is primarily focused on the lake and the sloping topography.

Based on the given program requirements, single or 2-story buildings were planned on the site to create a neighborhood-like settlement theme. The project includes 1 administrative building, 2 rehabilitation blocks, and 11 single-story residences.

Simple masses and economical materials were used, but the aim was to create a simple architectural language with facade movements and material choices.
